  3. Log in or place your order as a guest.
  4. Enter your shipping address, payment method and delivery information to complete your order. Once your payment is confirmed, we will carefully prepare it and send it to where you indicated. We will keep you updated step by step.
Can I order over the phone?

It is not possible to complete the payment by phone or instant messaging, but we can create the order for you and send you the summary. At that point you can review it from your account and make the payment.

I received the tracking via email and upon checking it shows "shipping does not exist", what can I do?

If you have received the tracking via email it means that your package is ready to be collected by the courier. We advise you to wait the time necessary for the collection and entering the code into the transport company's computer system.

Shipping costs are different from those in the "Terms and conditions of sale" section. How come?

The normal conditions of sale are shown in the static sections of our website. However, during promotions or special events these conditions may be subject to temporary changes. Any changes will be reported on the Homepage.

What couriers are used for shipments?

We rely on multiple couriers, based on the delivery area. They are GLS, DHL, Crono Poste Italiane.

I would like to make a return request, how can I do it?
